When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive a notification and can pick up your package with the help of Swedish identification and package ID or serial number. Collection of orders can be handled in person or by courier. The bidder must then be able to present both his and the customer's identification. 

For you as a private person in Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia and Poland:

• 2-5 working days
• Delivery by DHL
• Delivery takes place to the agent who is closest to your home
• Shipping cost 79 SEK.
