Time off and lazy days are soon here and what could be better than offering your guests a really refreshing lemonade on a hot summer day? Not much, we think. That's why we now want to recommend the summer's best drink recipes for a simple and refreshing drink that you can quickly make at home in the kitchen. The preparations don't take more than 30 minutes and then it's just a matter of pouring the lemonade into nice glasses and serving. Perfect for both large parties and smaller dinners.

Ingredients you need for about 5 dl of lemonade:
2,5 dl vatten
2,5 dl socker
5 citroner
Crushed ice
Mynta
Step by step - this is how you make the best lemonade of the summer:
Step 1. Boil water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2. Wash the lemons thoroughly. Peel the outermost layer of the lemons and add to the sugar solution. Leave for approx. 30 min.
Step 3. Strain off the peel and add squeezed juice from the lemons.
Step 4. Dilute the lemonade with cold water to the desired taste. Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint.
