Refund policy

Right of withdrawal and open purchase:

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to 30 days of open purchase. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Complaints:
If an item deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and Dorre or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the item that Dorre has provided, the item can be returned. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint. The right of complaint includes e.g. not faults caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Dorre must be made within a reasonable time after the error is discovered, but no later than within 3 years. Dorre reserves the right to remedy the defect in the first instance, in the second instance re-delivery of the goods and ultimately repurchase.

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail reklamation@dorre.se before you send something. Add the receipt and order number so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.
