Environmental policy

Dorre Home AB, as a marketing and selling company of products mainly originating from forests and nature, shall strive to conduct operations in a manner that is as gentle as possible on the environment and on employees.

We shall comply with applicable legislation and follow FSC® (FSC-C089427) requirements and intentions.
As far as possible, we shall ensure that raw materials do not come from illegal or non-authorized harvesting by authorities, forest areas where customary or community rights are violated, forests where high conservation values are threatened, genetically modified trees, or natural forest that has been harvested for the purpose of converting the area to plantations or non-forest land use.

The company shall follow the ILO core conventions regarding:
• Child labour
• Forced labour
• Discrimination in the workplace
• Freedom to join a union and collective bargaining

Operations shall be conducted and improved in such a way that any negative environmental impact is reduced.
Raw materials should, to the greatest extent possible, come from environmentally managed certified forestry and we shall work to increase this volume.
We shall responsibly fulfill our commitments to employees, society, the environment and contractors.
Staff shall be trained and informed so that they can meet the above requirements and intentions.
