This is how you shop
Find what you're looking for
There are several ways to find the item you are looking for:
- You can navigate through our product navigation.
- You can use our search function. Click on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner. Type your search term in the field and then click "Search". More information on how to search can be found in Help under "Search Tips".
When you have found the item you are interested in, click "add to cart".
Shopping cart
When you have added a product to the cart, your cart will open on the right side. You will see the quantity, price, and total amount for your entire cart. If you want to change the quantity of the same item, adjust the number of products in the cart and click "update cart".
To checkout
When you have finished shopping, first click through on the page. Then open your cart and click on "Checkout".
Now you can see your entire shopping cart where you can choose to adjust the quantity.
Check that all your payment details are correct.
Payment
Payment is made through the methods displayed on the checkout page via Shopify Pay. Here you can choose from most types of payment. E.g. Klarna, card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
Receipt
When you receive the receipt, you know that we have received your order. At the same time as you see the receipt, we send an email to the email address you provided during registration, confirming that we have received your order.
Delivery
If nothing else is specified, the products are delivered within 1–4 working days from our warehouse via DHL to the nearest service point.
Login
If you are already a customer with us, log in with your username and password.
Registration
If you have not shopped with us before, you will register as a new customer. Start by choosing "private customer" or "business customer" and then fill in the following information needed to become a customer with us.
You choose your own username and password. Please note that the username must be unique to you. If the username is already registered with us, our system will ask you to choose a new one. When choosing a username, keep the following in mind:
- choose characters a - ö, A - Ö, 0 - 9
- do not use spaces
- In the password, lowercase and UPPERCASE characters are counted as different, "annikas" and "AnnikaS" are therefore two different usernames.
If you need to change your customer information at a later time, you can do this under "My account" after you have logged in.
Order history
You can view your previous orders under "My Account". If you click on an order, more detailed information will be displayed, along with all order items. You can copy an order and use it as a reference when you want to shop again. If you click on the item code, completed deliveries will be shown. In the order overview, you can see and click on a small symbol to the right if a package is trackable via our tracking function.
