Find what you are looking for
There are several ways to find the item you are looking for:
- You can click through in our product navigation.
- You can use our search function. Click on the magnifying glass in the right corner. Enter your keyword in the field and then click "Search". More information on how to search can be found in the Help under "Search tips".
Once you have found the item you are interested in, click "add to cart".
When you have added a product to the shopping cart, your shopping cart opens up on the right side. Then you see the number, price and total sum for your entire shopping cart. In case you want to change the number of the same item, adjust the number of products in the shopping cart and click "update shopping cart".
When you have finished shopping, first click on the page. Then open your shopping cart and click on "Pay".
Now you see your entire shopping cart where you can choose to adjust the number.
Check that all your payment details are correct.
Payment is made via the methods shown on the checkout page via Shopify Pay. Here you can choose with most types of payment. For example. Klarna, card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
When you receive the receipt, you know that we have received your order. At the same time as you can see the receipt, we will send an email to the e-mail address you provided when registering, where we confirm that we have received your order.
Unless otherwise stated, the products are delivered between 1–4 working days from our warehouse via DHL to the nearest service point.
If you are already a customer with us, log in with your username and password.
If you have not shopped with us before, you register as a new customer. Start by choosing a new "private customer" or "corporate customer" and then fill in the following information needed to become a customer with us.
You choose a username and password. Note that the username must be unique to you. If the username is already registered with us, our system asks you to choose a new one. When choosing a username, keep the following in mind:
- select characters a - ö, A - Ö, 0 - 9
- do not use spaces
- In the password, lowercase and CAPITAL characters are counted as different, "annikas" and "AnnikaS" are thus two different usernames.
If you need to change your customer information at a later time, do this under "My account" after you have logged in.
You can see your previous orders under "My account". If you click on an order, more detailed information is displayed, as well as all order lines. You can copy an order and use it as a basis when you want to shop again. If you click on the item code, delivered deliveries are displayed. In the order overview, you can see and click on a small symbol to the right if a package is traceable via our tracking function.
