Terms of purchase

As a consumer, you enter into a purchase agreement with: Dorre Home AB with organization number 559154–1940. Godsvägen 5, 784 72 Borlänge, Sweden. Telephone number 0243 - 21 67 10.

Dorre Home complies with the Consumer Purchase Act.

To be able to shop at Dorre, you must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders from persons who have provided incorrect personal information.

It is you as a customer who is liable for payment.

By shopping with us, you agree to our processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

In short, our privacy policy can be described as follows:

  • We only collect the necessary information to be able to complete your purchase with us.
  • We only save the information required by law and to be able to provide the best possible service.

Buy

When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when we have confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order is received. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has been sent. Dorre has ownership and right of return for all products until full payment has been received from the customer.

Prices

Prices include 25% VAT for orders within the EU.

Shipping

Private person:

Free shipping cost within Sweden for purchases over SEK 249. Order amounts below SEK 249 will be charged SEK 49 in shipping.

Corporate customers:

Free shipping cost within Sweden for purchases over SEK 5,000 net.

Payment options / payment terms

We offer various payment options on Dorre.se. Including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. You can also pay via Klarna and their checkout.

Payment is made when the goods leave our warehouse. In case of card payment, the amount is reserved until the transaction is completed.

We use Shopify Payments for secure card payments. Read more at www.shopify.com

Out of stock? 

We reserve the right to have stock items sold out or that the web shop shows an incorrect stock balance. Then we inform the customer about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. 

Deliveries

Orders placed before 10.00 on a weekend weekday are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 1-2 days within Sweden. We use DHL for deliveries within Sweden to the delivery point. In some cases, we assess that the delivery can be sent as a letter, then we use Postnord.

 

Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

Transport

Dorre is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. Have you received a defective or damaged item? Point this out directly at the delivery point and document with photos. Then contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to info@dorre.se and state your order number and attach your photos. 

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

At Dorre Home, you as a private person always have a 30-day open purchase. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after you have received the product. Returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Remember that you as a customer are responsible for the transport back to us. Pack the product well to avoid transport damage. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for SEK 49 in return shipping. The amount is settled on the refund when the goods have arrived to us. 

Complaints

If an item deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and Dorre or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the item that Dorre has provided, the item can be returned. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint. The right of complaint includes e.g. not faults caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Dorre must be made within a reasonable time after the error is discovered, but no later than within 3 years. Dorre reserves the right to remedy the defect in the first instance, in the second instance re-delivery of the goods and ultimately repurchase.

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail reklamation@dorre.se before you send something. Add the receipt and order number so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.  

Refunds

Refunds are made via Shopify Payments. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return. Return shipping of SEK 49 may be regulated depending on the reason for return. 

Reservations

We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, misspellings or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. According to GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Contact us at info@dorre.se in such cases.

Uncollected package

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. You as a customer are responsible for the correct mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.

If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250 plus you as the buyer are responsible for return shipping.

Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond Dorre Home AB's reasonable control, for example in the event of amended legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, fire, flood, natural disaster, war, terrorism or similar events, Dorre Home AB's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed. as long as the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Dorre AB have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.

Other

In the event of a dispute, Dorre Home AB will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and Swedish law.
