You need:
A balloon
Cold water
A bowl larger than the balloon
Candles or tealights
How to do it:
Step 1. Fill the balloon with water to the desired size.
Step 2. Place the balloon in the bowl and secure it so it doesn't roll around.
Step 3. Then put the bowl outside if the temperature allows (zero degrees or below).
If not, you can use the freezer.
Step 4. When the water has frozen, it's time to pop the balloon and remove the remains.
Step 5. You now have a finished ice lantern that will definitely set the mood for your outdoor lighting.
