We use DHL for deliveries or PostNord as a consignment note if we believe it is a better delivery method. We always decide whether your order should be sent as a Goods Letter with PostNord, even if you have chosen DHL as the shipping method.

For you as a private person within Sweden:

• 1-3 working days
• Delivery takes place to the agent who is closest to your home or directly in your mailbox.
• Shipping cost SEK 49. Free shipping over SEK 249 within Sweden

Your goods are sent to the agent closest to your home. When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive a notification and can pick up your package with the help of Swedish identification and package ID or serial number. Collection of orders can be handled in person or by courier. The bidder must then be able to present both his and the customer's identification. 

For you as a private person in Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia and Poland:

• 2-5 working days
• Delivery by DHL
• Delivery takes place to the agent who is closest to your home
• Shipping cost 79 SEK.
