Heart-shaped puff pastry with Nutella, banana and raspberries

This combination can't go wrong. Try these super tasty heart-shaped puff pastry treats - a must-have dessert for Valentine's Day!
You need (for about 6):
1 package puff pastry
1 jar Nutella
1 egg
Fresh raspberries
Banana
Icing sugar for topping
How to do it:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Cut out hearts using heart-shaped cutters or a knife.

Spread a generous layer of Nutella on all the hearts.

Slice the banana and rinse the raspberries. Divide the raspberries over half of the hearts and the banana over the rest. Put the hearts together, some with banana and some with raspberries.

Press the edges together with a fork.

Whisk an egg in a bowl and brush the pastry before placing the tray in the oven.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.

100 g Philadelphia cheese
1-2 pinches vanilla powder
1.5 dl icing sugar

How to do it:

Preheat the oven to 225 °C.

Cut out hearts using heart-shaped cutters or a knife.

Mix the Philadelphia cheese, vanilla powder and icing sugar in a bowl until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it onto the smaller heart.

Top with strawberries and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

When the hearts have turned golden, remove them from the oven, let cool, and dust with icing sugar before serving.

You need:
Strawberries
White chocolate
Sprinkles of your choice
How to do it:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate and place them on a tray or platter.

Sprinkle with sprinkles and let set.

Classic mint kisses with hearts
This recipe is both super easy and romantic - mint kisses in heart shape, what could go wrong? These little kisses are guaranteed to make your heart melt!
You need:
1 egg white
½ tsp peppermint flavouring
50 g dark chocolate
4 dl icing sugar
Recipe for mint kisses:

Whisk the egg white with an electric mixer until you get a white, firm foam. Add the peppermint flavouring and stir.

Sift in the icing sugar and whisk gently until smooth.

Pipe the mint kisses onto a sheet of baking paper, roughly the size of a coin.

Let set at room temperature overnight.
