These super simple wraps in flatbread are a real classic on the snack table and are perfect when you have many guests. They are both delicious to eat and easy to make - just roll up the flatbread with the filling and slice into small pieces. Moreover, they can easily be prepared the day before!

3 slices of flatbread
300 g cold-smoked salmon
200 g cream cheese
50 g horseradish cream
1 bunch of fresh chives

125 g peeled shrimp
150 g cream cheese
1 lemon

1. Tartlets with Västerbotten cheese spread and chanterelles
Enjoy small Västerbotten pies in tart shells topped with butter-fried chanterelles. It doesn't get better than this!
Ingredients:
1 package of tart shells
1 shallot
Approximately 200 g chanterelles
1 tbsp butter
1 ½ dl grated Västerbotten cheese
1 egg
1 dl whipping cream
1 tsp black pepper
Chopped chives
Salt
Pepper

- Set the oven to 175°C and place the tart shells on a baking tray.
- Peel and finely chop the shallots and cut the chanterelles into smaller pieces.

2. Small puff pastry pies with chanterelles and parmesan
These small puff pastry pies are super easy to make on a muffin tray and are guaranteed to become a favorite at the snack table!
Ingredients:
1 package of puff pastry
200 g autumn chanterelles
1 yellow onion
25 g butter
1 dl green pesto
100 g grated cheese
100 g cream cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Grated parmesan for garnishing

3. Panko-fried croquettes with porcini mushrooms
These super tasty mushroom croquettes are the perfect snack to impress your guests! Go out into the woods and find your favorite mushroom or let someone else pick the mushrooms for you and fry them in a delicious croquette.
Ingredients:
400 g porcini mushrooms
50 g butter
110 g wheat flour
5 dl milk
2 dl panko
2 eggs
Frying oil
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan

- Chop the porcini mushroom into small pieces and fry in a little oil until it becomes soft.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add 50 g of the flour. Whisk it together until it thickens and add the milk.

- When the béchamel has thickened and cooled, take a piece of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Then roll it first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko.
- Fry until golden brown at 180°C.
- Place the mushroom croquettes on a plate or serving dish and serve with grated parmesan on top.
