We always decide whether your order will be shipped as a Varubrev (Delivered to your mailbox if it fits, otherwise picked up at a service point.) or MyPack Connect (Delivered to a service point near you. Track your delivery via the Postnord App. You will be notified when the package is ready for pickup.) via PostNord even if you have chosen DHL as the shipping method.
If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered at your door or in a bag outside your mailbox.

When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive a notification and can pick up your package using Swedish identification and the parcel ID or tracking number. Collection of orders can be handled in person or with the help of a courier. The courier must then be able to present both their and the orderer's identification.

- Delivery is made to the agent that is closest to your residence
- Shipping cost 89 SEK.
