8 dl all-purpose flour
3 dl milk
50 g butter
0.5 dl granulated sugar
1 pinch salt

100 g room-temperature butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 dl granulated sugar

Egg
Pearl sugar
Cooking string

How to make it:

  4. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl and stir together into a smooth paste.
  5. Flour a baking board or work surface, turn out the dough, and knead it smooth with the remaining flour. Roll the dough out into a large square and spread the filling in an even layer.
