What does not shout summer dessert more than a crunchy, fresh and fruity pie? A crispy strawberry pie with crumbly crumble is like a gift from the summer sky. With our recipe, you get a perfect combination of strawberries, juicy berries, and a delicious crisp pie crust that is guaranteed to tickle your taste buds and make you crave more. During this sunny season, there are few things that can match a flavorful dessert like this! Feel free to serve with ice cream for a more refreshing dessert in the summer heat.
This is what you need:
Strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
200 g butter
4 dl oats
1 dl flour
1 dl granulated sugar
2 tbsp light syrup
1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
- Clean & rinse the strawberries in a strainer
- Mix strawberries with raspberries & sugar in a bowl
- Melt butter in a saucepan & let cool
- Mix the oats, flour, sugar, syrup & salt with the butter
- Spread a pie dish, distribute the berries at the bottom of the dish & sprinkle with blueberries
- Cover the berries with the crumble dough
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the pie has a crunchy surface
- Serve the berry pie in a beautiful dessert bowl with a delicious vanilla sauce or ice cream

This is what you need:
Strawberries
Cake base
Cream
Vanilla sauce
Jam
Top with lime zest, strawberries, grated chocolate
Instructions:
- Take out the glas as you want to serve your dessert in
- Whip the cream & slice the strawberries
- Place a piece of cake base at the bottom of the glass
- Drizzle over vanilla sauce & jam
- Add a few slices of strawberries
- Place a dollop of whipped cream on the strawberries
- Repeat until you have filled the glass
- Finish with a dollop of cream & top with lime zest, a strawberry & grated chocolate
