We always decide if your order should be sent as a Parcel Letter (Delivered to your mailbox if it fits, otherwise picked up at a service point.) or MyPack Connect ( Delivered to a pickup point near you. Track your delivery via the Postnord App. You will be notified when the package is ready for collection. ) via PostNord even if you have chosen DHL as the shipping method.

If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside your mailbox.

If no choice of agent is made, the package will be sent to the agent closest to your address. SATURDAY DELIVERY to agents corresponding to 2 million households in Sweden.

For you as a private individual within Sweden:

  • 1-3 business days
  • Delivery is made to the agent closest to your home or directly to your mailbox.
  • Shipping cost 49 SEK. Free shipping over 249 SEK within Sweden

Your goods will be sent to the agent closest to your residence. When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive a notification and can pick up your package using Swedish identification and the parcel ID or tracking number. Pickup of orders can be handled personally or with the help of a courier. The courier must then be able to present both their own and the orderer's identification. 

For you as a private individual within Denmark & Finland:

  • 2-5 business days
  • Delivery with DHL
  • Delivery is made to the agent closest to your residence
  • Shipping cost 89 SEK.

  • Delivery is made to your business address during daytime
  • Free shipping on orders over 5000 SEK net. Otherwise, shipping charges will apply according to our agreement.
