We use PostNord & DHL for deliveries.
We always decide whether your order will be shipped as PostNord Home Small (Delivered to your mailbox if it fits; otherwise collected at a service point.) or Service Point (Delivered to a pickup point near you).
You will be notified when the parcel can be collected via the PostNord or DHL app depending on the shipping method.
PostNord Home Small - If the parcel does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside your mailbox. Track your delivery via the PostNord app.
For private customers within Sweden:
- 1-3 business days
- Delivery is made to the pickup point closest to your home or directly to your mailbox.
- Shipping cost 49 kr. Free shipping over 249 kr within Sweden
Your items are sent to the pickup point closest to your home. When the parcel has arrived at the pickup point, you will receive a notification and can collect your parcel using Swedish ID as well as the parcel ID or tracking number. Order pickup can be handled personally or by courier. In that case, the courier must be able to present both their own ID and the buyer’s ID.
For private customers within Denmark & Finland:
- 2-5 business days
- Delivery with DHL or PostNord
- Delivery is made to the pickup point closest to your home
- Shipping cost 89 SEK.

When the parcel has arrived at the pickup point, you will receive a notification and can collect your parcel using Swedish ID as well as the parcel ID or tracking number. - Delivery with DHL
- Delivery is made to the pickup point closest to your home
- Shipping cost 109 SEK.
For business customers:
- 1-3 business days
- Delivery is made to your business address during daytime
- Free shipping over 5000 kr net. Otherwise, shipping is charged according to our agreement.
